I've logged three nights of sleep, but how do I read the graphs? What do they mean? How do I know from the graph that I've had a bad or a good night's sleep?

graphs show your night movements. This is very individual parameter.
You could understand that you had good or bad night after several good nights, which you know exaclty.
And after few night you could undestand which sensitivity for you better.

How do you actually read the graphs. For example what does it mean when I have a spike to level 2 sensitivity? How should you change the sensitivity in the settings accordingly?

How high level of spike mean how many movements you have in that moment.
It does metter in last time interval.
So if you find that you have high spike of average night according to only 8 sensitivity - you could change your sensitivity settings to 8.
Is it clear?

Hi, I purchased the EasyWakeUp Accurate Edition thinking that I was able to use the the app without attaching the iPhone to my arm. I found it very hard to understand the differences between the versions based on the English used to describe the features and the formatting of the Product Description page does not render properly in Safari 4. After using the app it instantly became clear that this was the wrong version of the app I wanted to purchase and the "Upgrade" feature in the app itself doesn't upgrade the app, but says I need to buy a whole new version.

Will you be introducing the upgrade feature (the ability that's been added to the iPhone OS 3.0 software and SDK) to this version or did I just waste my money?

Actually I am very disappointed in both you and your product.

If you want to improve your product page, make it very clear what each version does. I purchased a version that doesn't do what the name says it does. I wanted to buy the version that would lay on my mattress;

"Method use more sensitive accelerometer to detect your night movements via mattress vibration. Just place your iPhone/iPod Touch on a surface (mattress) near you."

So I bought the "Sensitive Version" this isn't actually sensitive. You don't state anywhere on your site what version needs to be attached on my arm.

Your site uses such broken english that nothing makes sense.

And you offer 5 version (which are almost the same) in the App Store yet you aren't going to enable your users to upgrade? And you tell me I should support yo by buying another version? Are you kidding me?

You are ridiculous and you have very, very poor customer relations. I will be telling everyone I know how poor your product is and how un-consumer friendly you are.

EasyWakeup AE - means Accurate Edition. It's mean that it have Only accurate detection method. Detection method via mattress (EasyMethod) is not so accurate.

We don't have "Sensitive Version". Probably you mean EasyWakeup AE?

Yes, you are right. Customers help us with dialogs and site translations. We really appreciate any help and give awards to all who support us properly.

We created 5 different products with different prices for different people. Everybody needs different things.
Upgrade can't be implement by technical reason. Also we support all users. Many users don't want upgrade to FW 3.0. So they can use products for FW 2.2+.

I told "you could". It does not mean "you should". Of course i'm not kidding. I'm really sirously. Unfortunatelly we could not control appstore sales. We could not even check that you really buy it. It's apple preragotive.

We have many positive testimonials and want all our customers have good expirience with our app.
And we are care about any customers. What we can do for you in your opinion in this case?
For example, we could give you advice how to get "easter eggs". Do you want to get it?

Did you purchase in US-appstore? and do you have jailbreak?
And please sign up on site. It give warranty that your messages will be not ignored as spam.
