Does the "smart detect opportune time for waking" feature work on an iphone that has not been jailbroken?

Yes, but with limitation of use: this feature work only if device was not locked (with pwer button on bottom device).
Look here for clarify difference our products.

Yes. At current moment new version wait approve from apple.
