Answers:

  1. Where I should place my iPhone/iPod Touch during sleep?

    • Just place your device on a surface near you (e.g. under sheet) and app will detect the best time to wake you up.
    • Look at all pictures here.

  2. How to interpret the sensitive graph?

    • Graphs (blue lines) show how more you moved while sleeping. High level shows sharp movements, and low - gradual.
  3. How does it handle two people in the bed, with one getting up before the other? Will the first person's movements alter the readings?

    • We've done a lot of testing with two persons in bed. Since you have the phone on your side of the bed your body will actually block the movement signals from the other person on most, if not all, beds.
  4. Does the EasyWakeup drain the iPhone/iPod Touch battery?

    • Yes, but users could activate proximity sensor for turn off screen. Without charging it drains the battery by less than 30%. Just place your iPhone with the screen side down.

Hint: Some customers have more battery drain. Look here if you are one of them.

  5. How can I listen music before I fall asleep?

    • Launch iPod app.
    • Choose prefer playlist or create new playlist on your device using "On-The-Go" playlist.
    • Set music to play.
    • Launch EasyWakeup and start prefer alarm.
    • When playlist ended - iPod player will stop playing automatically without locking screen. Or press double tap to home button for stop music before playlist will end.
  6. Can I use EasyWakeup with iPod Touch?

You could use EasyWakeup with iPod Touch but with some restrictions:

    • No vibration support
    • If your iPod does not have volume buttons on body (aka iPod Touch 1G) then 1G speaker will not allow you to select a melody to wake up to (so if you want to choose melody to wake up to, you should use external speakers).
    • Also iPod touch 1G does not support using a microphone to record your own melody.
    • Customers using iPod touch 2G or 3G must use an external microphone if planning to use the "Microphone recording" feature.
    • Lack of a proximity sensor means that the device screen will be on throughout the night. Therefore, we recommend charging while sleeping because the battery drain could reach 50% after night. Also you could use hidden feature automatically decrease brightness at launch.
