Hello,
I am using the full version of Easywakeup on iPod Touch 2G. I activate the alarm, then the white text appears, then I lock the iPod. And in the morning, the alarm won't ring. When I unlock the iPod, then it starts to ring.
Here is the graph data I get. http://s5.tinypic.com/21kj7.jpg
The program seems to freeze after a few minutes of being locked.
Any suggestions?
I have an iPhone 3G and I experience the exact same issue.
Hello,
Thank you for your report.
Please tell what version of EasyWakeup do you have?
And did you use (turn on) function shake to snooze?
I have upgraded since the problem happened and haven't tried since then, so I'm not sure which version I was using. It was the version I downloaded on the day you sent me the activation key.
Also, I tried with snooze once on and once off, and the problem happened both times.
I will try again tonight with the upgraded version.
If issue reproduced with shake to snooze off then it's new issue.
We have found similar issue but only for case seted up snooze for one minute. (will be fixed in new release - it will be released soon)
It would very helpfull if you send internal app logs to us. It's stored in /private/var/mobile/Library/EasyWakeup Do you need assitense to get this logs from iPod/iPhone filesystem? If yes - please tell which operation system you use.
Thanks for cooperation.
I have the same issue on my Ipod Touch 2g. I will turn on the "Shake to Snooze" feature tonight to see if that resolves the problem. However, it is very frustrating to buy a program for over $20 and find a fatal bug like this, especially since it is not documented anywhere. I sincerely hope this is fixed.
this issue was fixed in 2.3.3 release
