when you click on tab "Edit" all  content, pictures, tags will be on edit page. You need just replaced text.

When I go to "Translations" on the right there're only blank fields in the "Edit link" column.
btw. if I click "add translation" like it's said in the steps above it only fills up the title and leaves body empty. As far as I understaned it should be filled with content of english page with tags and everthing.
